Acknowledgment

This report is a combination of different efforts. We would like to express our gratitude to our professor. Acknowledgment is here to show the professor that our group understands what is expected of us by specific timeframes. There are requirements to be met when completing each task, and it is essential that as students of this course, we understand and that the professor sees that we comprehend the topic before moving forward. For the duration of this semester, our group understands that communication within the group is essential for our success. 

We commit to each delivering our own contributions to this project, and working together as a team to provide the best possible outcome. We understand that this project requires work outside the class scheduled time, and will work within our schedules to work together on it in accordance with all of the assigned due dates.  In addition, we all agree to equally participate in the final presentation by creating notes and delivering an entertaining and informative presentation for the class. 

In addition to the presentation, we also understand that we are required to provide a paper with at least 2500 words to go into detail in our project. We understand the structure of the paper should have a Title page dated with our group member’s names, an acknowledgment, a Table of contents, an Introduction, a critical competitive capabilities and priorities of the operations function, an Analysis, a recommendation page ,and a Conclusion and Appendices.

Due Dates for upcoming assignments:

Unit 3 Team Project Outline due by 2/15, end of unit 3

Unit 6: Project Status update due before the start of unit 7

Unit 7: Status Update presentation to the class- Team 2

Unit 13: Team project presentation due in Unit 13, final version to be submitted on the night

before unit 14.

Team Term Paper: Due last day of unit 14
